Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

All orders are processed and production begins within 24 hours of the order being placed. Due to most of our items being custom made it takes between 2-7 days for an order to be ready for shipment. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24-48 business hours of shipment. 

During times of high package volume, such as holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We currently offer Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $4.95. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are typically arrive in 7 to 8 business days. Estimated delivery dates will be shown to you at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING

Our free shipping offers are reflected in your bag.  If your order total meets or exceeds the free shipping minimum amount stated in the bag, you qualify for the free shipping offer! Shipping offers may be limited to certain locations and may vary from time to time. Adored Threads reserves the right to change its shipping prices and policies at any time.

ALASKA, HAWAII: & US TERRITORIES

 

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are charged a flat rate of $13. Delivery to US territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands) generally takes 8-21 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Adored Threads is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as your package states delivered and you're not able to locate it to file a missing package claim.
