Shipping policy

Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed and production begins within 24 hours of the order being placed. Because most of our items are custom made, it takes between 2-7 days for an order to be ready for shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number for your package. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24-48 business hours of shipment.

During times of high package volume, such as holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.

Standard Shipping

We offer Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $7.90 for orders shipped within the United States. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive in 7 to 8 business days. Estimated delivery dates will be shown to you at checkout.

Priority Shipping

Priority Shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.25 for orders shipped within the United States.

Free Shipping

Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping within the United States. If your order total meets or exceeds $100, the free shipping offer will be applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only; Priority Shipping is always charged at the flat rate above. Comfy AF reserves the right to change its shipping prices and policies at any time.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Comfy AF is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as your package states delivered and you're not able to locate it to file a missing package claim.
